Get HID Lights, LLC is a relatively new company based in Mesa, Arizona.  Before opening our doors, we did a lot of research and tested a lot of different products and manufacturers.  We wanted to be able to offer our customers only the very best quality products, but we wanted to combine that with the very best pricing.  We found that a lot of companies specializing in Automotive HID lighting offered either very high quality products or very low prices.  When we started getting deeper into our research, we discovered why so many companies offered customers a choice between quality and price – it’s really hard to find that perfect combination!

You’ll be glad to know that we didn’t give up.  We kept on searching all over the world until we found a great product by a great manufacturer with a highly competitive price.  We took it a step further, and had the manufacturer make a few changes in the products to match our specifications.  We are very proud of the final products that we chose as a foundation for our new business and the response has been tremendous!  Our business growth has exceeded our wildest expectations!

We are continuing to follow that same path to increase our product offerings.  We recently worked closely with a manufacturer to develop a wonderful new HID flashlight that has features that blow away the competition but still manages to beat their prices by almost $70!  Our newest additions to our inventory are SMD Lights.  They are essentially an upgraded LED light and can be used in tail lights, brake lights, dome lights and many other places.  We have installed them in our own personal vehicles and we are thrilled with the results!

Our company didn’t just focus on price and quality.  There was one thing that was an even higher priority – Customer Service. Our company is based on the belief that our customer's needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. When you call our store, a knowledgeable, friendly person will answer the phone – eager to help. In the rare event that everyone is with other customers and unable to answer the phone, you can leave a message and rest assured that someone will promptly return your call.  It doesn’t matter how big our business may grow, we will always retain that dedication to our customers and we will never make you talk to a computer when you call. 

In addition, our push to find the highest quality products available gives us the ability to fully warranty all our products.  Since we are a real company, our warranty actually means something.  We are not just trying to make a quick buck on the latest fad.  We stand behind our products because we are confident in the products we sell.  Our commitment to our company means that we will actually be around next week, next month or next year if you have questions or problems.
